One of the terrible mistakes which is also a wickedness which the church makes is to refuse to convert brethren who are erring from the truth.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins (James 5:19<\/em>–<\/em>20 KJV)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n Glory to God! Today I want to share with you on the need to convert erring brethren at all cost.<\/p>\n The Christian walk is not without challenges. We are spirit beings living in these\u00a0weak and frail human bodies. \u00a0Though our spirits are sanctified and our souls are regenerated, the bodies still continue in its frailty. So we are only able to live the God-kind of life if we learn to walk in the Spirit. \u00a0When we walk in the Spirit, we do not fulfill the desires of the flesh.<\/p>\n Once in a while, our effort to walk in the Spirit become short changed because we falter and err from the truth. Human nature is such that when those erring are not converted they become hardened under the deceitful pleasures of sin and continue to misbehave in the community of saints.<\/p>\n The church\u2019s first responsibility is to commit to converting those who err from the truth. We must be each other\u2019s keeper and call erring brethren to order. It\u2019s important to call the attention of erring brethren. We must remind each other of the truth in the spirit of love.<\/p>\n We know the terror of the Lord. \u00a0We know that the day of the Lord is a terrible day. The least we can do when we see brethren erring is to stop and say to them that they\u2019re going the wrong way. We cannot look on as masses rush headlong into eternal damnation.<\/p>\n It\u2019s time to arise and determine to convert one that is erring. Determine to remind all who relate with you of the truth. May the good Lord give us the boldness to remind one another of the truth.<\/p>\n If you refuse to warn the sinner your garments will be stained by their blood. Greater love is when you lay down your life for another. Greater love is when you care enough to call a brother and sister and tell them you are going the wrong way. Greater love is when you go and warn the sinner of the coming judgement.<\/p>\n I pray for you that you shall be overcome by the passion of greater love! May God ignite in our hearts fresh fire for soul winning! May you never relent in converting erring brethren!<\/p>\n Some may listen, others may ignore you but you would have fulfilled the law of greater love. Some may even attack you for trying to talk to them but don\u2019t relent. Press on in the name of Jesus Christ!<\/p>\n Converting one sinner will cover multitudes of wrong. Converting an erring brother or sister early enough can forestall possible chain of sins and evil.<\/p>\n Let\u2019s arise! Let\u2019s act fast! let\u2019s convert our generation. I love you!<\/p>\n Prayer<\/strong><\/p>\n Lord I pray that I shall be overcome by the passion of greater love! Please ignite Your fresh fire for soul winning in my heart!
