[6] Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faith runs in families \u2014 but so do fear, failure, and destructive cycles. Paul saw a legacy of sincere faith in Timothy that started with his grandmother Lois and his mother Eunice. Yet Timothy still had to stir up the gift of God in him (See 2 Tim 1:6-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not everything handed to us is healthy \u2014 but in Christ, we are free agents. You are not bound to repeat what you inherited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">God has given you power, love, and a sound mind. Whether breaking curses or building on blessings, it\u2019s your turn to activate what God has placed in you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prayer:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lord, help me identify and break ungodly patterns.
