When your strength is exhausted and every human option seems to have failed, lift your eyes to God. Your help is not limited to what you can see; your help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.” — Psalm 121:1–2 KJV
There are moments when life brings you to the end of yourself. You have tried, prayed, waited, fought, and held on until you feel you have nothing left. People you expected to help may not be able to help, doors may remain closed, and answers may seem far away. When you cannot see a way forward, look up!
Your strength may fail, but God does not fail. Your resources may run low, but His resources are inexhaustible. Your wisdom may reach its limit, but His understanding is infinite. Stop measuring your future only by the strength you have left. The God who made heaven and earth is still your Helper, Keeper, Healer, Provider, and Sustainer.
When all hope seems gone, lift your eyes again. Look beyond the disappointment, the diagnosis, the debt, the rejection, and the closed door. Cry from your heart, “Lord, I look to You!” Trust Him for today’s strength and take the next faithful step. Help can come from directions you never expected, because your ultimate help comes from the Lord.
Today I lift my eyes to the Lord. When my strength fails, I will lean on His strength. When I cannot see the way, I will trust His wisdom. I refuse to surrender to despair. The Lord is my Helper, my Keeper, and my hope. I look to Him, and by His grace, I will rise and move forward again!
